- Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Dr. Raju received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University where she graduated with honors. She received her medical degree from The Medical College of Virginia/VCU School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. During her time at Rush, she had the honor of serving as a Chief Resident in internal medicine as well as a Chief Fellow in nephrology. Before joining SWNA, she was part of a private practice nephrology group in Los Angeles, California. Her special interest include glomerulonephritis and chronic kidney disease.
