NANI offers a variety of medical insurance plans through Blue Cross/Blue Shield including HMO, traditional PPO, and HSA plans. Preventive care is covered with no out-of-pocket expense.
  • Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs): The HMO plan offers access to care within the HMO Illinois provider network.
  • Preferred Provider Options (PPOs): The PPOs plans offer the flexibility to visit a provider without a referral from a primary care physician.
  • HSA Plan: If you enroll in the Health Savings Account, High Deductible medical plan, you are eligible to open a Health Savings Account (HSA) and make pre-tax contributions that you can use to pay for qualified health care expenses for yourself, your spouse, or your dependents. You may contribute up to the IRS maximum towards your HSA. NANI will also match your HSA contributions up to $550 each year for employee-only coverage and $1,100 for family coverage. The money in your HSA account is yours to keep and it’s portable!
  • Health Savings Account, High Deductible Plan (HSA): The HSA plan offers access to the same providers in the PPO network and allows you to contribute a portion of your earnings on a pre-tax basis to a Health Savings Account (HSA). With this plan, deductibles and out of pocket maximums are accumulated on a calendar year basis and apply to the out-of-pocket maximum.
  • Dental PPO Plans: NANI employees and their families are offered two dental plan options- a PPO and HMO option. Diagnostics, preventive and basic services are covered at 100%.
  • Vision Plan: Eye exams are an important part of overall healthcare for you and your family. NANI’s vision plan offers comprehensive coverage, including eye exams and allowances for eyewear.
  • 401k Retirement Savings Plan: We want to help you be prepared for retirement. We offer both Traditional and Roth 401(k) options and provide you with a company profit-sharing contribution and a safe harbor match.
  • Disability and Life Insurance: NANI provides all full-time employees with short- and long-term disability coverage. This coverage is 100% paid for by the tab.
    Life insurance is also provided and fully paid for by the NANI. NANI team members may also elect to purchase additional life, accident and critical illness coverage.
    These benefits are designed to provide our team members and their families with peace of mind to navigate unexpected life events.
    In addition, employees can opt to purchase additional life insurance, accident, and critical illness coverage.
  • Flexible Spending Plans: NANI offers a Health Care FSA that allows you to pay for qualifying medical expenses for yourself, your spouse, or your dependents on a pre-tax basis.
    NANI also offers a Dependent Care FSA that allows you to pay for qualifying dependent care expenses, such as a day care for your child(ren), on a pre-tax basis.
    Your FSA contribution will be deducted from your paycheck before income tax is assessed, so you will receive immediate tax savings.
